Community Supported Agriculture

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an alternative and local model of agriculture and food distribution. A CSA is a network of individuals who have pledged to support one or more farms, with growers and consumers sharing the risks and benefits of farming good food.

  1. Locate a farmer who is doing CSA (listed below) and become a member.
  2. Members pay at the beginning of the growing season for a share of the anticipated harvest.
  3. Once harvesting begins, members receive a weekly share of vegetables, meat or fruit at a drop off location.
