Heather and Paul Jansa produce garden vegetables using sustainable practices and no chemicals. Their production of eggs from their laying hens, and broiler chickens support the vegetable garden with manure.
Beginning to farm in 1987, they have been producing lamb for the local market for 24 years, but are switching their energies this year.
Heather welcomes passersby to tour the garden and purchase vegetables or eggs, and order meat chickens when available. They are located at 232 Highway 548 on the way to St. Joseph’s Island; the sign at the driveway cannot be missed.

Products offered: Berries, rhubarb, beans, peas, lettuce, spinach, swiss chard, onions, rutabagas, onions, garlic, radishes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, squash, tomatoes, potatoes, and corn.
